VILLA AGNANTI BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read carefully the terms and conditions before making a booking through our website. These terms and conditions form the basis of the agreement between you and everyone involved in your booking. Making this reservation you accept your commitment by the terms and conditions incorporated into your contract. When you visit or use our website you accept the legal obligation that arises from these conditions. Based on regulation by law ν. 1652/30-10-1986 between Villa’s Manager and tenants.

TRANSCATION SAFETY

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

PRICES

Inquire carefully before completing your reservation.

VAT AND TAXES

VAT and taxes are included in the villa price.

RESERVATIONS

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.
To confirm the reservation, the total amount, is required.
Payments are made by cash, bank transfer,paypal or by using your credit card at the electronic payment platform of our website.
The minimum stay is depend on the season and can be changed by the owners anytime.
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 90 days before the arrival date.
The request for such cancellations must be written and you must have an important reason for this action.

GENERALLY

The visitor can transfer the booking to a third party, after consultation and consent of the owners. The villa facilities can’t be used for other purposes than accommodation without the consent of the owners.

CANCELLATIONS COST
  • In Case a cancellation occurs 90 days before the arrival date the payment is refundable  (If there is a commission occurred by the bank system you will get back the amount with this commission).
  • If done in less than 90 days before the arrival date, a 30% of the payment(without commission) is returned and finally if a cancellation occurs 30 days before the arrival date, the customer will not receive refund.
  • The Transaction costs are charged to the customer.
  • Your booking is only valid with our written confirmation.
SPECIAL NEEDS / SPECIAL REQUESTS

Any special needs or special requests must be made in writing in advance. No guarantees can be given for special requests.

LIABILITY LIMITATION

No responsibility accepted in case of theft, injury or disease of guests, representatives or visitors, or for loss or damage of any kind, since it was not the result of negligence of the villa, or the employees.
Guests are responsible for their insurance coverage.
Villa Agnanti is covered by liability insurance.
The Owner is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond his control. Similarly, there will be no refunds for inclement weather, changes in water levels, conditions at neighboring properties, or any nuisance afforded by the natural elements of the location.
For the safety of the visitors there is a main entrance with remote control (Loss of remote, charged to the renter 30€)at the fenced property and a safety door at the house and both should remain closed.

CHECK IN – CHECK OUT

Check in starts from 14:00 on day of arrival and the departure is set by 11:00 the day of departure.
If you wish to check out after 11:00, a written request should be sent to the owners and of course can be arranged, if it is possible according to the availability of the property.
On departure the deposit if it was withheld is refunded, as long as there are no damages or serious losses.

SMOKING – ALCOHOL

Smoking in Villa Agnanti is only allowed outdoors by using an ashtray.
Heavy drinking, use of drugs and use of violence are strictly prohibited.

PETS

No pets allowed in the villa.

SWIMMING POOL

The swimming pool rules set out in the respective pool area must be observed and adhered to.The opening hours of swimming pool is determined by the legislation. Minors and/or elderly persons must be under the constant supervision of an adult. Owners of Villa Agnanti are not responsible for any injuries of visitors who use the pool and visitors are completely responsible for using the pool. Swimming after food consumption or drunk is prohibited. For your safety please do not run next to the pool or in the villa with wet feet.

GUEST DAMAGES

In the occasion of malicious, willful or negligent damage or loss in the rooms or on the premises of the villa, Villa Agnanti will charge the amount of the damage or loss caused. The renter of villa have to compensate the Owner, under the law regulation of rule 63 (2), (KDP 192/85)
The owner has the right to ask for a damage deposit of 400 EUR is due with the final payment, at the time of arrival. Failure to pay the damage deposit and final payment will result in cancellation of the booking with no refund of the initial deposit.
The Owner of Villa, will not be liable for any damage to vehicles or any property situated in them while they are parked in the Villa courtyard. (Law 28/85, Article 14 (7)).
The guest must report any inoperative or defective equipment to the owner or property manager promptly. The owner will make every reasonable effort to have repairs made as soon as possible.
Do not enter the villas wet after having used the swimming pool.
Do not make use of the sheets and/or towels while wearing an oil sunscreen product.
Interior decoration objects and/or furniture are not allowed to be moved at the swimming pool or outside the villas.

CONDUCT GUEST

Villa Agnanti retain the right to deny access or to evict any person they consider inappropriate or undesirable.
The owner reserves the right, at any time when necessary to enter the villa for any kind of preventive controls for example ( electrical, leakage and other damage that may arisen )
Based on law regulation of 51 (2) (KDP 192/85) all visitors friends are strictly prohibited. The visitors’ friends may visit the property only with the consent of the owners.

Villa Agnanti is the only administrator of the web site www.villa-agnanti.gr and responsible for the personal data, that you provide us and their management according the General Law 679/2016 about the protection of personal data. ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY

As far as the environmental protection is concerned, we have so intense ecological thought and in Villa Agnanti we do our best to live an ecological life. You can see some of the things that we do now and we hope to do more in the future.

  • We recycle all recyclable matters: Paper, plastic and glass (You will find appropriate containers at the property).
  • We print only if it is absolutely needed
  • We dispose used batteries for recycle in disposal containers of AFIS company.
  • We turn off all unnecessary electrical or electronic equipment at nights, weekends, or whenever not in use. That’s why in the Villa we have various automatic and solar lights.
  • We purchase only eco-friendly and biodegradable cleaning materials, consumables and liquids from specific vendors.
  • We purchase amenities like toothbrushes, combs made from bamboo in paper recycled packaging. Our personal care products are all natural by Zealots of Nature company.
